You may request deletion of your OPost account and personal information by emailing privacy@opost.ng with the subject line OPost Account Deletion Request.
Please include the email address or phone number connected to your account and a short statement that you want your account deleted. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

4. Records we may retain
Some information may be retained where needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, audit trails, dispute resolution, enforcement of Terms, review history or protection of public records and safety.
If your information appears in a public entity record because it relates to a business, institution, place or public-facing service, OPost may review whether to remove, anonymize, correct or keep the record depending on the nature of the information and applicable law.
